16.1 The forests, forests and pasture lands within the Pashupati area shall be under the control of the Government of Nepal. Vankali, Mrigasthali, Teelganga, Kailash Ved Vidyashram, Dev Udyan etc. within the Pashupati area including Pati, Pauwa, Sattal, Math, Temple or Devalaya and the lands, ponds, river banks and forest covered by them are registered in the name of any person or organization, such registration will be cancelled. . Forests, forests, forest land under the control of the Government of Nepal shall not be allowed to be enjoyed by any person or organization with or without relinquishing the right. The provisions of sub-section 16.1 shall not be deemed to have caused any obstacle to the planned development and utilization of the lands.
